Job Description

• 5 days (Mon-Fri; 9am-6pm)
• Company transport pick up (Sengkang, Tampines, Pasir Ris)
• Variable Bonus

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or fax, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
• Generate quotations and charges for customers, process Job Orders, and prepare service requests.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors, customers, and relevant authorities to ensure timely and satisfactory service delivery.
• Document and upload service reports to the SMS system, and prepare shipping forms for item deliveries.
• Arrange air ticket reservations and bookings.
• Prepare and issue materials/parts for sub-contractors, technicians, or engineers.
• Raise purchase requisitions for necessary accessories, installation materials, or parts.
• Maintain organized records, filing systems, and documentation (e.g., repair receipts, service reports, quotations).
• Coordinate and schedule projects and service works for all service personnel.
• Handle equipment warranty claims.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirement

• GCE \'N\'/ \'O\'/ \'A\' Level with 3-4 years of related working experiences. OR
• Diploma holder probably in Business Administration with 1-2 years of related working experiences
