Job Description

Provide sales and administrative support to manager in day to day duties Maintaining a high level of customer service quality to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat

business
Support and achieve personal and team Key Performance Indicator by actively contributing to the

achieving of the sales objectives
Handling routine telephone & email/fax queries from customers Follow-up enquiries with local and overseas clients, and quotations Preparing of quotation based on customer requests Generate quotation, purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders and sales reports Coordinating with operation / purchasing / accounts to expedite on-time deliveries to customers

Requirements:



"N" or "O" Level / Nitec 1-2 years' relevant experience in sales & marketing Computer literate and proficient in MS Office Tools * Bilingual, must handle Chinese document
