Job Responsibilities:
Prepare sales quotations and respond to customer enquiries via phone and email (
office-based, no walk-in customers
) Deliverexcellent customer service
and build lasting customer relationships. Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth operation Proactively source products from suppliers or online platforms when stock is unavailable. Work closely with the warehouse team to manage deliveries and returns efficiently.Requirements:
At least
3 years of sales experience
(experience withhome electrical appliances
is an advantage). Strongmultitasking
andcustomer service
skills.Meticulous, motivated, and well-organised
with a drive to succeed. Skilled insourcing products online
(Shopee, Lazada, Taobao, 1688, etc.).Fluent in Mandarin
to communicate effectively with China suppliers and customers.Salary range:
$2700 - $3800Perks:
