Overview

Decomet Metal Finishing is a trusted Singapore-based surface treatment company serving leading OEMs in the semiconductor, medical, automation, and defense sectors. We are seeking a motivated Production & Operations Coordinator to support our growing operations.


This role bridges communication between management, production, quality control, and customers -- ensuring smooth workflow, accurate job tracking, and timely deliveries. It's ideal for candidates who are organised, proactive, and eager to learn how manufacturing operations run from end to end.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate between General Manager, Production, QC, and customers to ensure accurate communication and scheduling. Receive and verify job orders; update job trackers and monitor production progress. Prepare delivery orders, certificates, and shipping documents. Liaise with QC on inspection status, reworks, and documentation. Learn surface treatment fundamentals (training provided).

Requirements

Diploma in Business, Operations Management, or Science (basic chemistry knowledge is a plus). Detail-oriented, organised, and strong in coordination. Good communication and interpersonal skills.


Comfortable working in both office and production environments. Proficient in Excel or production tracking systems.
