Sales support experience
Coordinate & processing of related sales matters
Preparing DO, sales invoices
Experience dealing with customers, creating quotations and invoices, and coordinating delivery dates
Understanding of B2B (corporate sales)
Process sales orders and follow up on order status, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking
Knowledge of the semiconductor and electronic parts industry
Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics
Language skills
English & Chinese : For internal and external communication (with local staff, customers, suppliers)
IT skills
Experience using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
Communication skills
Able to work with a multinational team
Build trust with customers
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels and work independently
Multitasking and flexibility
Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
