Preparation/Processing of sales order and handling of documentations
Follow-up on status of sales orders, payments, liason with Japan HQ, Subsidiaries, Agents and Vendor in Singapore and overseas
Communicate effectively across sales, finance, service and applications teams
Ensure accuracy in documents and emails, preventing erros and maintaining smooth operations
Support teamwork and assist with ad-hoc tasks (phone support, sales-related or internal events)
Office-based role (no remote work) with opportunities to grow into a future leader
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years' experience in sales support or customer support (other adminstrative positions may be considered)
Minimum O Level or Diploma in Business Adminstration
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
Strong command of English for international correspondence
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Open-minded with a challenge-driven mindset
Knowledge of shipping terms and export documentation
* Letter of Credit Knowledge will be a strong advantage
