Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts
Coordinate with suppliers, sales staff, and customers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and order tracking reports
Customer Relationship Management:
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and requests
Support sales staff in handling client communication and follow-ups
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide timely updates
Order & Documentation Management:
Liaise with Managers for products offering and pricing.
Liaise with admin staff to get the sales documents such quotation etc prepared
Ensure accurate documentation of contracts, purchase orders, and delivery orders
Support compliance with regional tax, regulatory, and company requirements
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare ad hoc sales reports on the accounting system(autocount) for management review
Track sales performance against targets and highlight variances
* Perform sales analysis on a monthly basis
