Job Description

Job Scope:



Order-to-cash processing Check for new orders from customers proactively Key sales orders/returns, credit/debit notes Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to schedule deliveries and ensure deliveries are completed smoothly Replying customer emails, messages, and phone calls Basic HR administration PO/DO matching and filing Participate in stock takes and cycle counts Any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management Preference for candidates that are familiar with

Requirements



Experienced/Relevant education preferred but not necessary Team player who is willing to assist others * Independent and willing to learn
