Sales Coordinator
Job Description
We are a factory at Loyang Drive that manufacture and install signage.
We are seeking to hire to hire a sales coordaintor.
Job Responsiblities
To preapre official quotation and liase with clients
To work closely with in house graphics designers and production to follow up on items readiness.
To liase with client on installation dates when items are ready
To attend to client feedback or complaints when there is defects or site issues encountered.
To assist to perform general admin duties as allocated
Job Requirements
Require to liase with various levels of in house departments
Proficient in MS office (Excel, Words) Emails
Can work indepently good communication skills
