Responsibilities:

Process quotations and orders accurately and efficiently Handle email and phone enquiries, providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships Source products from supplier or online shopping platform when items not available in warehouse Any other duties assigned by Sales Manager

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of sales or admin experience Strong multitasking & customer service skills Meticulous, motivated and well-organised Proficient in sourcing goods from online shopping platform like Shopee, Lazada, Taobao and 1688 etc

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 830am to 530pm,


Saturday 8am to 12pm (alternate Saturday off)
