Job Description

Job responsibilities



Issue quotations, process sales orders, sample orders, service orders accurately and in a timely manner. Monitor and track sales orders from initiation to fulfilment, ensuring orders are processed promptly and accurately. Respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming enquiries by phone and email Assist in resolving incoming customers' issues relating to orders. Plan local delivery routes and manage day-to-day delivery schedule Prepare delivery and invoicing documents for daily deliveries. Submit invoices to customers via email or through online portals

Job requirements



At least 2 years experience in Sales Coordination Experience in using ERP System eg SAP/Oracle Strong verbal and written communication skills Good organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines High attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work both independently and part of a team
