Provide related sales & marketing support to Sales Team for new products / services
Assisting in preparing quotations to customers
Assisting in projects follow-up work
Handle projects order processing (issue Invoices & Delivery Orders, checking & maintaining of inventories)
Liaise with customers on orders & deliveries arrangement
Liaise with Operations on deliveries arrangement
Handle purchasing for orders
All other comprehensive ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
O-Level /A-Level / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
1-2 years relevant working experience
Independent, highly organized with pro-active attitude. Able to multi-task
Detailed and a faster learner
Able to thrive in a team base environment
Proficient in MS Office
* Experience in SAGE, ACCPAC will be an added advantage
