Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by attending to customer enquiries, processing sales and sample orders, and maintaining accurate sales data and records. This role also involves compiling and distributing sales leads, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination between customers and the sales team to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact by attending to customer enquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, and emails in a professional and timely manner.
Create, process, and follow up on sales and sample orders to ensure accuracy and prompt delivery.
Compile and maintain sales leads, allocate leads to the sales team, and provide relevant sales data, reports, and guides to support the sales team.
Perform accurate data entry of sales figures, customer information, and other records to ensure up-to-date reporting.
Provide general administrative and coordination support to the sales and management teams as required.
Take on any other ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by the company.
