Job Requirement

• No experience but with Diploma in Business Admin or related studies are welcome to apply
• Diploma + 1 year experience in Sales Coordination/Support may apply too
• Possess good communications skills
• Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must
• Meticulous, excellent with details
• Service-oriented, pleasant personality, able to work under pressure

• Attend to sales enquiries, quotations and responding to customer enquiries
• Prepare proposal, quotation & add on form for customer
• Check on new ETI or TI and submit to Customer Support for processing
• Raise credit note, debit note, get signatory and approval and submit to billing department for processing
• Update sales lead and retrieve service docket
• Recording & prepare report on Sales Lead, Sales Statistics Report, KPI Reports
• Prepare monthly Sales Staff Commission
• Administrative Work

• 5 days work week - 8.30am to 5.45pm
• 14 & 16 Jalan Mesin - Macpherson - Nearest MRT ; Tai Seng (Bus Number to reach : 8, 62, 90, 151)
