Responsibilities: Coordinate and process customer\xe2\x80\x99s orders, LC arrangement, handle customer\xe2\x80\x99s discrepancy Ensure proper documentation and shipment to customers
Accounts Management o Management of selected key sales accounts o Assist Sales PIC to achieve sales target for YGP and Yamalube Oil o Handle and attend to customer\'s enquiry and complaints o Provide customer support and maintain good customer service
Order Management o Handle all customer\xe2\x80\x99s orders and enquiry o Receive and process orders, issue SOC timely o Monitor and follow up on back-orders, handle shipping discrepancy.
Operation and Shipping Arrangement o Coordinate with warehouse on picking/ packing of goods according to shipping schedule o Coordinate closely with forwarders and arrange on time shipment of customer orders o Ensure accuracy in shipping and other documents o Check accuracy on invoices and charges from forwarder o Book and arrange vessel on-time and on schedule
Payment Management o Ensure LC accuracy and proper, on time submission to bank o Ensure remittance received in bank o Follow-up and monitor customer payment
Project Management o Write and share SOP for 2 selected accounts o Conduct Spark Plugs Campaign o Support Marine Accessories Campaign o Support Marine Accessories Catalog
