Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales Team to prepare tender documents in order to fulfil tender requirements and to win tender
  • Assist Sales Team in new sales order creation (quotations, opening Sales Orders), follow up on expiring contracts and raise termination request where required
  • Assist and support Sales Team on tasks relating to sales commission
  • Generating of sales report from SAP and CRM for visibility on sales revenue
  • Manage, coordinate and maintain calendars for the sales team to ensure no overlapping of calendars
  • Responsible for pre & post event setup (logistics, cater F&B) to enable Sales Team to host successful client visits or internal meetings
  • Assisting in making business travel arrangements (e.g. overseas seminars) when required
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Skills & Experience
  • Candidate must possess at least \xe2\x80\x9cO" / "A" Level, or Diploma holders
  • Proven at least 1 Year(s) of working experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill as work involves liaising with multiple internal parties for calendar management
  • Task oriented, attention to details, and is a team player
  • Able to work independently on task assigned with minimum supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of SAP and CRM software is an advantage
  • Working Location - Commonwealth
