JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for a Sales Coordinator to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:
- To coordinate and negotiate with internal and external parties such as customers / supplier & freight forwarders
- Responsible for daily shipment arrangement
- Generate Purchase Order, Handle Shipping Docs and BL checking etc
- Liaise with freight forwarders on shipping arrangement
- Attend to sales inquiry and preparing quotation
- Supplier and Customer Management (Order Management and Forecast Management)
- Inventory Control
- Working knowledge of Import/ Export (Incoterm/ Invoice & packing list)
- Maturity, versatility, meticulous, integrity, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be focus-minded and results-oriented
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
