Summary

Supports the Sales team in the coordination and back-end administration of sales activities.

Job Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Assist the sales team in secretarial and administrative support.

\xc2\xb7 Act as a contact person between the client and the hotel in the absence of Director of Sales & Marketing, Asst Director of Sales, Sales Team.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure all correspondences are effectively copied to all relevant departments and regional offices and traces dates effectively followed up.

\xc2\xb7 Handle telephone calls to take messages, new enquiries, check room availability.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure all leads are answered to and proposals are followed up with 8 hours.

\xc2\xb7 Be accountable for all targets and goals set for area of responsibility.

\xc2\xb7 Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management.

Work Experience

Qualifications and Experience

\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar capacity.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & Powerpoint.

\xc2\xb7 Detail-oriented and highly reliable in thorough execution and follow-through.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations.

\xc2\xb7 A team player & builder.

\xc2\xb7 Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
