Job Description

  • Position Title: Sales Admin Coordinator
  • Working Location: Kallang
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon - Fri (8.30 am - 5.30 pm), Sat (8.30 am - 12.30 pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and process sales invoices and delivery orders (D/O).
  • Provide coordination support to the sales team.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and other duties.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Attend customers\' inquiries, provide product information, and assist with order placements.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

  • Competent with MS Office and computer skills.
  • Good team player, and able to work independently.
