• Position Title: Sales Coordinator
• Working Location: Yishun Industrial Park, Nearest MRT - Canberra
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5.45 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + AWS + VB
• Duration: 1-year contract (Renewable)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Monitor and follow up on sales orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update customer information and sales records in the database.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service support.
• Coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, negotiate prices, and establish terms for purchasing agreements.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Keep track of inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any issues related to delays, quality, or quantity discrepancies.
• Maintain and update the purchasing records and supplier database.
• Liaise between the sales, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in the preparation of sales and purchasing reports and analysis.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide actionable insights.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the management.

• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• With minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
