RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist Sales department in preparing sales quotation and presentation materials
  • Generate weekly/monthly sales & inventory reports
  • Monitor & Notify sales team on stock levels
  • Monitor & follow-up on sales contracts when required
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics department to ensure stocks and delivery are in accordance to schedule Prepare minutes of meetings and assist Department in admin matters as required

REQUIREMENTS
  • Min. Diploma qualifications or equivalent
  • Ideally with 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working in SME food manufacturing or FMCG industry in an administrative support role
  • Independent and motivated team player, possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong phone presence and professionalism
