Key Responsibilities
Involve in the preparation of proposals, ensuring coordination and timely follow-ups on offers.
Oversee and coordinate the timely and efficient fulfillment of orders, including the arrangement of delivery schedules.
Accurately record all transactions and data entries in the system, and ensure proper filing of all related documents.
Address customer queries and deliver comprehensive after-sales support.
Aid in the collection of accounts receivables.
Contribute to the preparation of reports as required.
Continuously update product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
Strive to meet and exceed individual and departmental KPIs.

Min. Diploma
Min. 3 years of working experience in related industry
Training is provided to an inexperienced candidate
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Know Micro Business Central is a plus
