Job Description

- Position Title: Sales Coordinator
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm)
- Salary Package: $2,500 - $2,800 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Answer customer queries, handle requests, and provide quotes.
- Process and coordinate orders with customers and the Malaysian factory.
- Track work orders until delivery.
- Issue invoices and delivery orders.
- Coordinate with the logistics department for deliveries.
- Manage customer accounts and collect payments.
- Actively seek new customers to meet sales goals.
- GCE 'O' level or equivalent.
- Experience in construction trade preferred.
- Experience in sales and marketing of powder coating, PVDF coating, and cladding products is advantageous, but not required.
- Training available for those without relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Quick availability is a plus.
- Transport available from Jurong East and Boon Lay MRT stations.
