Roles and Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Handle & reply customer enquiries via telephone, fax, email and social media platform and manager\xe2\x80\x99s requests \xc2\xb7 Prepare verbal/written quotation & sales \xc2\xb7 Following up on all quotations by making outbound calls, emails to customers to ensure completion of sales cycle \xc2\xb7 Understanding customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs to identify additional sales opportunities \xc2\xb7 Provide additional information to customer if requested \xe2\x80\x93 build good rapport with existing & and new customers \xc2\xb7 Update sales & management team on customer feedback and order information \xc2\xb7 Process sales order, liaise and co-ordinate with vendors, operation & warehouse & workshop department for smooth & on-time delivery \xc2\xb7 Filing of sales documents, updating of stock records \xc2\xb7 Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned \xc2\xb7 Only Singaporeans Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2Possess O/N Level or Tertiary and above qualifications \xe2\x80\xa2Customer oriented characteristics with a positive persona \xe2\x80\xa2Possess a can-do attitude and high perseverance spirit \xe2\x80\xa2Willing to put in additional efforts to achieve a team-oriented outcome \xe2\x80\xa2Immediate position.
