Job Responsibilities
Attend to all incoming calls
Attend to all customers complaints and needs
Arrange Ad-Hoc / routine servicing
Arrange repair & install works
Prepare quotation to customers & Follows up
Liaise with supplier for spare parts
Arrange parts collection
Arrange schedule and issue works order
Propose Service contracts/ Issue Service Arrangement
Keep track of AR collection
DI/ DO & Issue invoice
Duty to print works order
Job Requirements
Working Days per week: 6 days
Working Hours: 0830 - 1730
Other Requirements: Some basic language written/ spoken/ driving license (if any)
Experience Requirements: Preferred but not required
