Provide administrative and coordination support to the MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operation) team.
Assist in handling customer inquiries and service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and proper documentation.
Prepare and maintain service records, quotations, purchase orders, and related reports.
Monitor and track job progress, schedules, and quotations submitted to clients.
Coordinate with internal teams, service engineers, and external vendors/agents to ensure smooth operations.
Support the Application and Sales teams with documentation for bidding and project proposals.
Maintain and update customer databases, accounts, and records.
Competency Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
Prior experience in Marine, Oil & Gas, or Shipyard industries will be an advantage.
Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
Responsible, meticulous, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
