About the job Sales Coordinator (Tuas)Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations to support the sales team, including tasks like order acknowledgment, processing quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders.
Coordinate and communicate with customers to arrange deliveries according to their requests.
Provide exceptional customer support and care to existing clients.
Handle phone and in-person inquiries.
Perform general administrative tasks related to sales.
Carry out any additional duties as assigned by the management or supervisor.
Qualifications:
GCE "O" Level or Nitec qualification.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Oracle SAP is a plus.
Strong work ethic with a high sense of responsibility.
Resourceful, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is essential for communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Self-motivated, mature, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Positive attitude and proactive in resolving issues.
Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
