Sales Coordinator (Home Appliance)
Salary: $2200 - $2800
Working Day & Time: 5 Days work week; 8:45am - 5:30pm
Location: Upper Thomson - Next to Thomson Nature Park
*Transport pick-up at Bishan MRT
Responsibilities:
- Handle telephone and online customer enquiries and assist salesperson on sales quotation to customer.
- Data entry for customer purchase order and generate invoice and delivery order.
- Support in documentation and follow up for company online sales.
- Arrange home delivery and liaise with customer and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare documentation for statement of accounts, daily sales report and relevant paperwork for collections.
- Follow up on customer outstanding shipment and overdue invoices.
- Any other duties assigned by Superior.
- Minimum O level.
- Minimum 1 year experience as Sales Coordinator.
