Job Description
Key Responsibilities: -
- Provide professional sales & products service to all customers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries to convert to sales information.
- Attending to walk-in customers, phone enquiries, and assisting them with products information.
- Execute strategies to generate leads to achieve the monthly sales revenue.
- Contribute to the sales growth that align with the Company\xe2\x80\x99s overall strategies.
- Work closely with branch in charge to meet sales target.
- Ensure proper and correct price tagging and description for products.
- Assist with the requisition for store\xe2\x80\x99s stock replenishment and ensure that an adequate level of stock is maintained at all times.
- Encourage customer loyalty by providing good after-sales service and build up a positive relationship with them.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties or project as assigned.
- Candidates must possess at least 1-2 years of sales experience.
- Ability to achieve sales target set.
- Good team player.
- Knowledge of musical instruments e.g. keyboard, guitars, drums will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable working on weekends and public holidays
