This role offers excellent career growth and international exposure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Order & QC Coordination

• Coordinate customer order drawings and QC checking lists with the QC department.
• Maintain and update records
• Track on-time delivery KPIs and assist with ISO Customer Satisfaction Surveys.

Sales & Customer Support

• Assist the Sales Manager with administrative and operational support.
• Arrange shipments with internal teams and forwarders for Local/Asia customers.
• Manage customer inquiries, coordinate with China agents and US headquarters, and ensure smooth communication.
• Handle sales documentation, filing, and applications for the Certificate of Origin with Singapore Customs.

Purchasing & Inventory Control

• Process RFQs and issue purchase orders.
• Monitor incoming shipments to ensure timely delivery from suppliers.
• Oversee raw material inventory control to support production needs.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales coordination, logistics, or administration.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-border coordination.
