Job Description

Provide administrative support to the Sales team.

\xc2\xb7 Must also be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.

\xc2\xb7 Manage internal customers for order management and attend to their inquiries.

\xc2\xb7 Processing customers\' purchase orders, expediting delivery schedules and ensuring orders are scheduled and ship out on time.

\xc2\xb7 To coordinate with shipping team on import and export shipment matters.

\xc2\xb7 Preparing weekly and monthly Sales Forecast report.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure and provide a high level of customer service.

\xc2\xb7 Prioritize e-mails for assigned Sales Manager(s) such as quotations, extracting of reports, sales figure updates and any additional requests.

\xc2\xb7 To undertake cognate duties as and when necessary.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinates with Sales Team, Supply chain, Marketing, Finance and Product Development.
