You will work closely with our sales team to support their efforts in generating leads, closing deals, and exceeding revenue targets. From initial inquiry to post-event follow-up, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service every step of the way.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all client requirements are met and events are executed flawlessly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Provide post-event support, including gathering feedback and addressing any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Nitec in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the events industry. If not, training will be provided.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
