Job Description
Scope of work for Sale cum Operation Co-ordinator
1) Prepare quotation (Spare part sales)
2) Handling sales enquiries
3) Prepare tender documents, small claim
4) Prepare renewal of agreement - monthly maintenance
5) Prepare new contract
6) Follow up AR
7) Liase outstanding payment with customers
8) Follow up with technicians for DO and Invoice customers
9) Schedule for monthly servicing and maintenance, coordinate with customers and techniciants
10) Permit To Operate (PTO) Renewal - Update in PTO system and do submission, coordination between AE, owners and technicians.
11) BCA upgrading for work head
12) BCA inspection - Liasing with workers and reply to BCA on arrangements.
13) Project Tenders - New and follow up
14) Daily operation activities - including e-mail replying, call centre report
