We are expanding and looking for music enthusiasts to join us: Sales cum Operation Executive: Taking care the outlet\xe2\x80\x99s business, provide service to all customers, selling pianos, all musical instruments and music courses. To increase the sales performance to meet the outlet target whilst delivering customer satisfaction through advocating of music courses, musical instruments & events. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Sales \xc2\xb7 Perform sales of Pianos and all musical instruments. \xc2\xb7 Advocate of music courses to meet the enrolment target. 2. Customer Service \xc2\xb7 Provide accurate information / advice on products and services to gain trust and confidence from all customers. \xc2\xb7 Follow up with all customers\xe2\x80\x99 enquires or feedbacks \xc2\xb7 Communicate effectively with colleagues and teachers to ensure the delivery of prompt services to students / parents 3.
