Job Scope:
Develop sales & marketing plans for company business growth
Building & Maintain rapport with new & existing customer
Leading a team on daily KPI and sales performance
Implementing of recruitment strategies
Prepare sales report
Research market trends & obtain market information and recommendation for management
Liaising with internal department on projects execution
Review & Administer of driver performance and commission
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirement:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field
3-5 Years of work experience
Good communication skills
A must with CEI Certification
Have own vehicle
