Job Description
Job Duties:Sales and Customer Service: * Actively participate in Fast Sales Events to generate leads and increase awareness.
- Assist in event preparation with the Marketing team when required.
- Provide customer service to walk-in, call-in, and enquiry customers via phone and digital channels.
- Conduct follow-up calls after clinic visits to advise on post-treatment care and schedule review appointments.
- Manage appointment scheduling, including assigning staff and treatment facilities, and handle sales inquiries and promotions.
- Complete service sheets, collect payments, and handle invoices and forms before treatments.
- Attend training and meetings to enhance job skills, including training in administering aesthetic treatments.
- Support video shooting and editing tasks to align content with clinic branding.
- Maintain brochure stocks and display areas, manage end-of-day sales reporting, and assist with daily administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Possess GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Levels or above with 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 proven sales results in consumer, lifestyle, wellness and healthcare sectors.
- Willing to work retail hours and weekends
- Prior experiences in aesthetic / healthcare sector will be an advantage
