We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused
Sales & Customer Care Officer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, managing course enrolments, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about the Centre's courses, schedules, and administrative procedures.
Manage student enrolments, transfers, withdrawals, and course fee collection with accuracy and efficiency.
Assist in promoting the Centre's programmes and services through sales and marketing activities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments to support daily operations.
Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with administrative procedures.
Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned by the Centre's Directors.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in any field.
Bilingual in
English and Mandarin
, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in
Microsoft Word, Excel
, and other relevant software.
Detail-oriented, organized, and systematic in handling administrative and sales processes.
Positive work attitude, proactive, and able to work independently.
Willing to
work on weekends
