Sales & Customer Experience Executive (Photography)

What You'll Do
Drive success
by planning, pursuing, and achieving assigned sales targets.Be the face of the brand
- warmly welcome clients, introduce our photography services, and leave a lasting impression.Create experiences, not just sales
- guide clients in selecting photos, packages, and services that best capture their stories, whether in-store or at event locations.Deliver clarity & confidence
- explain package details, manage customer orders, and ensure every client feels well taken care of.Stay organised & proactive
- handle essential administrative tasks to support both pre-shoot and post-shoot processes.Grow partnerships
- build and maintain positive relationships with partner businesses and collaborators.Keep it professional
- ensure the store, studio, and premises reflect the brand's high standards of presentation.Be adaptable
- take on additional tasks and opportunities as assigned by your supervisor.#
