Job Description

:

• Global Deals Management - Responsible for managing data from international accounts
• Responsible to liaise with partners and country team to provide support for global deals
• Managing data from the portal and create weekly dashboard
• Creating dashboard to indicate Sell thru, Sell in, forecast, total inventory and WOI
• Working closely with the team and clients/partners to get the funnel reports
• Coordination with the team for deal creation and to provide information related to any missing obsolete product and correct product selection
• Work as a bridge between the team to address partner operational matters
• Partner payment/transfer and other post sales related matter handling

Job Requirements:

• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or any relevant study.
• At least 1-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficient in MS Office specially in EXCEL
• Knows different Excel function e.g. Pivot, VLOOKUP etc.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Excellent social skills and ability to work with high-level management
• Can start ASAP
