Job Description

& Requirements



*Managing sales enquiries and understanding clients' needs and renovation requests

*Managing and lead your own team of Sales Rep

.

*Handle sales inquiries with quality leads provided

*Providing advice on space planning, design concept, materials selection and project scheduling

*Discuss and propose design to meet client needs and requirements.

*Close sales and prepare renovation contract

*Work closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure all renovation works are done according to plan and timeline

*Able to Work Independently

Candidate must be:

*Bilingual : English, Mandarin, Malay

*Self-driven and motivated individual

*Responsible and people-oriented personality

*Great sense of ownership and responsibility

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
