Sales Designer
to join our team. This hybrid role combines
design consultation
with
sales responsibility
, giving you the opportunity to help clients visualize their dream spaces while driving business growth. You will be the bridge between design creativity and project sales, ensuring a smooth client journey from concept to contract.
Key Responsibilities
Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and provide
design consultation and advice
.
Prepare and present
design concepts, space planning, and material selections
.
Develop
quotations, cost proposals, and sales presentations
.
Manage the entire
sales cycle
: from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaborate with project and design teams to ensure proposals are feasible and cost-accurate.
Stay updated on
design trends, materials, and renovation compliance guidelines (HDB, BCA, URA)
.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and provide after-sales follow-up.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related field.
2-4 years of experience
in interior design sales, renovation, or related industries.
Strong design sense with the ability to translate client needs into practical solutions.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD/SketchUp
or similar software is an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
