We are seeking creative talents to join our growing company. As a Sales Designer, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing projects and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality renovation projects for our clients. You will work closely with design team to ensure that clients receive exceptional customer service, while also meeting sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Meet with potential clients to assess their renovation needs and offer design solutions
- Provide detailed proposals and cost estimates to clients and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with design team to ensure that proposed designs meet client expectations and budgets
- Manage project timelines and budgets, and provide regular updates to clients
- Oversee and coordinate the work of contractors, vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality project completion
- Conduct site visits and ensure that all work is done according to the agreed-upon plans and specifications
- Follow up with clients after projects are completed to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Minimum 1-2 years experience preferably in the interior design or renovation industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and work effectively with internal teams
- Knowledge of interior design principles and renovation processes in Singapore
- Ability to create and present detailed proposals and cost estimates to clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
