What You'll Do
Make daily outbound calls to connect businesses with our innovative training programs
Identify each client's learning goals and recommend the best-fit courses
Follow up with prospects via phone, CRM, and WhatsApp to keep conversations moving
Hit -- and exceed -- your individual and team sales targets
Work closely with your manager and teammates to refine strategies and maximize your performance
Gain direct coaching and use proven sales playbooks to grow your results
What We're Looking For
Prior experience in telesales or inside sales is a plus, but not required
Strong verbal communication skills and confidence when speaking with clients
Driven, adaptable, and persistent in achieving goals
Dependable and consistent in delivering results
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with measurable targets
