• Working with marketing team, you will develop and progress potential client conversations (prospects) into opportunities for the sales team. You are the top of the sales funnel identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities.
• You can identify strong potentials, engage with the customers, analyze their needs, and cater your outreach to each prospect specifically.
• Collaborating with Marketing and Sales on lead quality and conversion, you continuously give feedback on what you are hearing from prospects and help improve marketing material or processes.
• This is data centric. You will need to create target lists, profile key individuals, research and obtain their requirements, and present solutions to start the sales cycle. Engagement may be through email, phone, or other methods. Keeping all this tracked on our CRM will ensure successful follow through.

• You are confident in professional communication and are highly self-motivated.
• You thrive in a team environment and desire to develop and grow in a high energy sales environment. This is the first step in a successful sales career meaning you will need to be organized and know how to prioritize work.
• You would have a minimum of 1 year experience in similar SDR/BDR roles
• Being fluent in English is important while fluency in Bahasa and Mandarin are a plus
