Job Description

The Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will work closely with the Business Development Manager and Associates for handling B2B sales within the country.
Your responsibilities will include :
Collaborating with the sales team in generating new business through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email and social outreach, leveraging networks, and creating relationships.
Assisting the Business Development Head/ Manager throughout the sales process: conducting client due diligence, preparing pitches, conducting software demonstrations, negotiating and closing deals.
Qualifying leads to understand their pain points and identify the decision makers while pitching our solutions over phone/ email and setting up follow up meetings for client demos/ presentations.
Setting up appointments with prospects and seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with the existing contacts list.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.
Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
Ideal Profile
You have 1-3 years experience within B2B sales , ideally in a tech startup.
You have experience in using CRMs such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar.
You are highly goal driven and can work well in remote teams
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills and can build relationships with senior stakeholders in organizations
