Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership & Target Achievement
Own and deliver quarterly and annual sales targets across the APJ region.
Develop and execute a regional sales plan aligned with global objectives.
Team Leadership & Management
Recruit, lead, coach, and scale a team of Account Executives.
Work closely with Sales Engineers (SEs) and Channel Managers to drive large, strategic deals.
Go-to-Market Execution
Localize and implement the company's go-to-market strategy within APJ.
Partner with Field Marketing to run regional campaigns and events.
Pipeline & Forecast Management
Build, manage, and maintain a healthy multi-stage pipeline.
Apply structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, FAN) to improve conversion rates.
Deliver accurate committed and risk-adjusted forecasts to global leadership.
Channel & Partnership Development
Expand and manage relationships with distributors, system integrators, and OEM partners across APJ.
Drive revenue through the partner ecosystem,
Customer Engagement
Build and expand long-term relationships with strategic enterprise customers.
Lead high-value enterprise sales cycles with Tier-1 organizations.
Increase Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by driving upsells and expansions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer value delivery.
Provide structured market and customer feedback to influence product roadmap and GTM strategy.
Market Development & Brand Building
Lead the regional market shift from BAS to EV to EM.
Represent the company at high-level industry conferences, roadshows, and events across APJ.
Requirements
Proven track record leading enterprise sales in cybersecurity/software with annual quota of $20M+.
Experience building and managing regional sales teams in APJ.
Strong understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles and channel ecosystems.
Demonstrated success in pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and storytelling skills.
