You will be the key driver of growth and the main point of contact with clients in your market to help them solve complex business problems by leveraging Coherent\'s Spark Banking Platform. You will work with our prospective clients to understand their challenges, articulate Spark\'s value proposition and deliver long term solutions that they can rely on to drive results.   • Drive net new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth by leveraging existing relationships and sales skills to identify prospects
  • Build and develop relationships enterprise wide with sponsors, influencers, and decision makers to manage and drive your sales execution strategy.
  • Identify, negotiate and close valuable new clients
  • Develop a long-term and short-term sales strategy
  • Identify and develop new opportunities with existing clients
  • Deliver prospect feedback to product teams to help develop additional product use cases
  • Collaborate regionally and globally with sales teams and other departments to provide support as needed towards sales efforts and goals
  • Work with Marketing and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to develop messaging needed to target the Capital Markets/Banking space to drive sales momentum
  • Attend conferences and events, participate in panels to help raise brand awareness and drive additional sales leads
  • Contribute to the success of a high performing sales team
What skills the candidate will need to get the job done\xe2\x80\xa6
  • 8+ years of proven sales experience with minimum 5 years in specific SaaS , covering Retail, SME and Corporate Banking.
  • Proven track record of achieving consistent results in delivering net new revenue (ARR) and consistent achievement of sales objectives.
  • Experience creating focused, collaborative, results-driven teams (internal & partners)
  • Must have experience selling consulting services, training, or change management solutions
  • Previous sales management/leadership & coaching experience and revenue responsibility
  • Strong presentation skills and experience selling to senior management/C-Suite
  • Extensive experience in complex technical sales situations
  • Ability to work independently, identify challenges and problem solve to a successful conclusion
  • Interpersonal skills - experience dealing effectively with people in various roles - team player/culture builder
  • Time-to-time the company might require you to travel - both domestically and internationally
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
