Job Description
Our client a FMCG Food MNC is looking for a experienced Sales Director - this person will be overall sales P&L of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develops plans to increase market share of all assigned product lines via communications with various stakeholders
- Coordinates sales distribution by developing quotas and goals with representatives and distributors
- Seeks out and conducts research on potential projects using established sales channels and recommend the development of alternate sales channels
- Manage a sales team
- Liaise and communication with Internal stakeholders
- Prior experience in FMCG food sector
- Able to do influence change management
- Collaborative team player and motivator
