Job Description


Sales Director - With this new role, you will be developed and implements sales strategy, new business/membership/client development, retention of clients/members, negotiation of contracts, and identification of entrepreneurial enterprises and relationship management strategiesYou Will:

  • Opening new MNC Accounts (from Forbes G2K)/ large local South East Asian companies for generating multi-million-dollar business
  • Managing current set of accounts (mainly Public sector) within Singapore
  • This is a combination of a hunter and farmer role with more emphasis on hunting. This role is required to establish and maintain excellent relationship at CxO level. This role will focus on deals with TCV
US$20m in the areas of IT Infrastructure Outsourcing and Digital Transformation. * Understand competitor, market and industry trends and develop strategies for product positioning
  • Monitor sales numbers and forecast sales activities
  • Lead and guide the l sales teams to meet targets and strategic goals
You Bring:
  • Degree holder preferably in Business, IT, or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a mid- or senior sales management and business development role in IT/ Consulting sales.
  • Strong CxO client relationships
  • Experience of closing large deals (
US$20m) in different areas including Digital, Enterprise Applications, IT Outsourcing and/or Infrastructure * Strong acquaintance in clients\' business, up-to-date on technology business trends
  • Ability to work with Alliance Partners and execute joint Go to Market Plans
  • An outspoken, mature, resourceful and aggressive person with strong commitment to deliver excellent result
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with various levels of management/ difference stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in negotiation and persuasion
  • Lead and guide the sales teams to meet targets , strategic goals & opportunities
  • Travel may be required depending on the accounts assigned and the nature of the opportunity
