Job Description


The Sales Director will be responsible for overall business development and key account management activities in ASEAN, and support the Head of Sales in regional opportunities, including: -

  • Identifying and leading new opportunities for PureSoftware\xe2\x80\x99s FinTech platform, Arttha as well as it\xe2\x80\x99s digital technology services portfolio.
  • Drive strategy for growth across the region
  • Develop, lead and close sales initiatives within the existing account base and new logos against set targets.
The focus will be on growth enabled by an incremental opportunity pipeline and growing the brand and presence of PureSoftware and in particular, Arttha in the region.

Responsibilities:
  • To generate and close new business opportunities to meet/exceed targets established for the region
  • Engage with customers at the C-level both on business and technology fronts to work with them on their digital roadmap; thereby creating opportunities for PureSoftware and to create a fitment for the Arttha product suite and our digital technology services within that framework.
  • Mining the existing client base, to position PureSoftware across various business and technology units for incremental growth
  • Collaborate closely with the product and solutions teams to drive sales in the identified opportunities.
  • Work with marketing teams to drive campaigns and events in the region with an aim to increase brand awareness and recognition.
  • Provide direction and input to the Product Management on annual product plans and new product roll outs by analyzing the changes and advances in technology to anticipate the market trends.

Required qualifications, skills and abilities
  • Experience working in ASEAN and a good understanding of the cultural and business nuances across countries in the region
  • Good understanding of digital banking, lending and payments trends in Fintech and the emergence of cloud based banking services across the continent
  • Relevant established relationships across the region to be able to generate opportunities in the Financial services and Telecom industries
  • Strong organizational skills as well as demonstrated experience working in and leading teams.
  • Demonstrated skills in sales closures and negotiating techniques.
  • Self-driven and ready for a challenge!

Education and experience
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with a successful sales performance in the financial services software solutions or services industry in ASEAN
  • Ability to connect with senior management to discuss issues and provide solutions to their needs both at a high level and across the customer teams.
  • Degree / Masters from a recognized institution is preferred.
